These health benefits are offered at no cost to you and will help make it easier to live with diabetes and high blood pressure. The CAHP Health Benefits Trust (CAHP-HBT) is committed to offering programs that improve the life and wellness of our members.

The program is offered at no cost to CAHP-HBT members and covered dependents with diabetes and/or high blood pressure.
